INMOTION V13 Challenger

My INMOTION V13 Challenger is saying "please repair", what do I do?
Connect the Inmotion official app to check the vehicle condition. If the app diagnose shows the vehicle is in good condition, the next step is upload the log file and contact Zoomie service.

Why can't I connect to INMOTION app? The app shows that connection failed.
Verify that you have internet in your phone and make sure you've enabled the Bluetooth.

My vehicle’s self balancing does not work, how to fix?
First, connect your vehicle to phone via Bluetooth, then check if it is in Transportation Mode or has been locked.

What to do If the vehicle vibrated terribly and has abnormal noises after it's powered on?
Please open the outer casing of the vehicle and check if the motor shaft is loose.
If yes, just firmly tighten it.
If there is any fracture on the motor shaft, then you have to replace the motor.

Where can I find the serial number?
The serial number will be labeled on the outer carton and on the main body of the vehicle.
