INMOTION V12HS Reservation FAQ
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation. To do so contact us via our Discord, e-mail or the contact form. In future this will be automated process on our website.
If you cancel within 30 days, you will be refunded to whatever payment method you used.
If you cancel after 30 days, your reservation fee will be refunded via a voucher, which you can use on our store.
How does the reservation work?
Once you click buy button and go through the purchase process you have 24 hours to complete your payment. Upon doing so, you will get put on the reservation list.
We recommend you to join our Discord and wait with us, we will be informing you of any progress.
How long does it usually take?
Reservation-delivery process should take no more than 2 months. However, sometimes due to global shipment difficulties that appeared during COVID, it may take a couple of months.
What regions can I reserve my INMOTION V12 from?
Zoomie only serves the best continent in the world. If you live elsewhere, we are very sorry for you.
Can I change which skin variant I receive even after I've made my reservation?
Yes, until the order arrives at Zoomie for processing, you are still able to make a decision on the style of your EUC. Contact us and we will make changes to your order.
How many V12's can I reserve?
As many as you want.
